Microdec is proud to have signed up to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s Good Recruitment Charter.
The charter forms a key part of the REC’s Good Recruitment Campaign and defines good recruitment practice through nine key principles to aspire to, including legal and ethics, flexible working, recruiter training and development, youth employment, recruitment processes and candidate experience.
The Good Recruitment Campaign helps organisations benchmark their current recruitment methods and reinvigorate their strategies in order to reach new heights in talent acquisition. The initiative is led by a collaboration of businesses that are continuously working towards improving the performance of their organisation.
Abbie Hunter, Microdec HR Manager is pleased with what the charter offers: “The principles behind the GRC help us provide a great candidate experience, with standards and practices that promote diversity, inclusivity and good communication – all important factors to finding the best talent!”
