Microdec Train-the-Trainer courses provide delegates with sufficient knowledge to allow them to train other members of your organisation. This in-depth course covers the features and functionality of Profile and guidance on to how to train others.
The Getting Operational day will provide assistance in the pre 'go-live' period by allowing the Microdec trainer to review and finalise and queries surrounding the setup of the software. Advice an be provided on setting up coding structures, adding users and any other scpect of the system.
A Microdec training consultant will spend time on your sales floor, alongside your team once you have gone live. The trainer will provide desk-side support and ensure that all users are fully able to make the most of their Profile software from the start.
