Just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to have Daniel in the office today. It was rather quiet so we didn't get to show him how a busy recruitment office worked but he was very helpful to us and even wrote out a hints tips for us. He's welcome back anytime!

Musty don’t half know his stuff! Had a couple of calls to chase up, lucky enough to get Musty who handled the call well, has taken charge of getting me the information I need and taught me some cool stuff I didn’t know. Technically speaking he clearly has a large knowledge pool, he knows how to handle a call, keeps the customer happy and leaves them confident of a solution. Keep hold of that one, he’s doing you proud!
Just to let you know we had Charlie and Adam in the office today to help with our handover Things seem to have gone smoothly so far – fingers crossed Both Charlie and Adam were very professional, very amenable and very enthusiastic in sorting issues out as the day unfolded.

I’d like to nominate Ryan. The way he is now approaching and detailing [our] issue is excellent and exactly what I need any time this sort of issue raises its head.
Leon has been superb, worked with us to answer our questions and investigate the issue. More importantly, and this is what’s made the difference, is his regular communication. I’ve not had to chase, he’s been bang on top of it and kept us in the loop. I know I’m quick to complain, so just wanted to give some credit where it’s due! Employee of the month type service!
Jason was nothing short of accommodating, kind, and patient in his delivery of training. I should also add he was thorough and comprehensive and he has a wonderful style, capable of making the trainees feel instantly at ease.
Jason also shows real dedication to the company and its image, meaning he makes the effort to go the extra mile by facilitating questions or challenges that may fall outside his remit and giving clear and honest answers to even the most challenging questions.
Please would you pass on our gratitude and appreciation of his part as we look to thoroughly engage in the use of our wonderful new software.
I wanted to email you in regards to your team and just say Amit and Dan in particular were very helpful and understanding last week with issues. Dan has been helpful on a few occasions always patience and professional. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your support.
