James Hall, Director at Pro Serve, summed up the situation by saying “As a new start-up, we wanted to ensure we had the right system in place before we launched. Our top priority was to find a system that offered a high level of configurability especially when it came to coding. We also wanted a system that would not only grow with the business, but aid the growth of the business; the ability to speed up daily activities & to integrate new staff, content and multimedia easily was essential.

The solution

Pro Serve needed a system that was flexible to their requirements as a growing business, “we looked at a lot of systems,” James said “but felt Profile RPM was the best on the market. Profile gives far more freedom and flexibility, as well as being extremely user-friendly. The customisable functionality allowed us to really fit the system to our business and not the other way round.”

The ability to speed up and simplify daily tasks was equally important to Pro Serve. James continued, “Our day to day tasks are now extremely quick and easy, for example, we can parse a CV into our database quickly because the process is fully automated in Profile unlike other systems.”

Another important consideration Pro Serve had made when choosing their CRM system was that they would be fully supported by the supplier. James commented, “We didn’t feel like a number once the sale had gone through. The Helpdesk and after sales relationship with Microdec has been great, we have not had one problem with Profile RPM via the cloud, but we feel confident that if we did Microdec’s HelpDesk would help us fix it. It really has been a pleasure to work with Microdec and using Profile RPM.”
